What does this mean? Classic reward "having difficulty with departure date" error.

I've been looking at the booking screen for classic rewards, and following the dates as they become available.
Today I can see up to the 20th July.
In my case, I'm trying to book as soon as possible for a business class Classic reward seat.
It's a Rome to Sydney flight. That means it's over 2 days, with a stop half way to change planes.
When I choose the most recent date on the calendar, (this would be the date I leave Rome) the date I leave Shanghai is not visible ont he calendar yet, but it IS visible in the final booking/flight I choose. Eg if I pick a Tuesday to leave Rome, and Tuesday is the last day visible on the available calendar, the Wednesday is NOT visible on the Calendar, but the booking - Rome to Sydney, still shows the Wednesday flight as part of the ticket.

Here's my question. When I hover over the flight number, in red as below, there is an error " Having trouble with the departure date". (for both legs) This seems to actually happen for the last few days ...any of them....if I choose those from the calendar, only after 3 or more days does it seem to resolve and give me actual flight details.
So...is that a problem? I really don't want a problem. I also don't want to wait 3-4 days for that error to clear and find that there's no seats left in the classic reward system for 'my flight' either.

I was having the same sort of issue where I was trying to book flights and it would not finally confirm. After 4 attempts I called and got 2 seats I was chasing for SIL and niece. The flights showing as being there could not be booked by us.

Who did you ring? Qantas?

I had to phone and I booked J flights on Classic for SIL and niece. The website was really dodgy a few days ago. I used the number I used to use for JASAs a few years ago and no wait time at all. I am glad I never deleted that phone number. The QF lady in Tassie was wonderful.
