Amount of cosmic radiation depends on:
altitude, duration and latitude (the close to the poles the greater the radiation)

The radiation from 1 chest xray is about 0.1mSv
This is equivalent to roughly 50 hours flying at 10000m at the equator. or about 20hrs at 10000m at lat 30deg (BNE)
On earth one day of background radiation is approx 0.005- 0.01mSv mSv

So a PER-LHR is about maybe about 1 Chest xray or about 10 days worth of background radiation.

Very roughly.....
