Westpac Business Card Altitude bonus?

Hi all-

I'm in the market for the Westpac business card, but don't currently earn QF points.

There is no current Altitude bonus for the business card, just an annual fee waiver.

Should I wait for a bonus point offer? Has there been one historically?
