Westpac Altitude Points to Kris Flyer, VFF, Cathay Pacific or Air Points

My Westpac Altitude Points has 900K+ points. AP give you the option of booking a flight direct or transferring the points to one of the options listed in the heading. Will transferring the points to one of the option give me better value? I would be most likely travel to the UK or Europe, or I could fly domestic to use them.

In a nutshell what is the best way to use them for flights.
