Had a couple of WJ flights earlier this month, YYZ- YVR (premium economy - they call it plus) and YVR - LAX (economy). Both on 738s. Domestic route had tablets or BYOD using westjet app and international route had seat back screens. On time flights and very nice flight attendants. I read before that westjet started as a LCC, but from my recent experience, they are just as good as any full-service carrier.

N.B. all flights were booked from Oz under QF codeshare.

Ah huh we flew WJ YYC-LAX Oct 2 - just make sure you download the WJ App before boarding or you are screwed - ground crew apologised to us for forgetting to advise same as we boarded - if there is such a thing as 'undrinkable wine' then they found it - but I agree cabin crew were lovely. This was only direct flt to LAX hence why I booked it.

Loved Westjet flight I had into/in Canada.... Very happy with plane and service provided.
