I rang them yesterday, my order was received on 20/7/26 but not actioned yet , Green strip VIC , she also said that not all wines will be available to me

Not sure if it really helps, most of people here send it back on the same day using express post.

what is the turn around if the order form is sent back straight away ?, I posted it back on the 9th but they didn't receive it til the 20th , but I didn't post it back express just regular mail , I won't make that mistake again !

I'm a Green Victorian as well, sent back the next day (collected from the Clare PO 9/7/26). Still no hit on cc which is expected, last year it was mid August, the year before it was early September. Given what I believe was a lower yield vintage in 2024, I expect either a heavily substituted 6-pack compared to my order, or missing out this year due to low volume. So be it...

thanks for that , so it wouldn't have made any difference this year if I had sent it back straight away . I watched the Chanel 7 new story on WA winery worries , no sales , pulling up vines , low crops and pulling out of what's left of their hair! no chance of Wendouree pulling out any vines

You'd think that a letter from Vic should reach SA in couple of days. At least you can track express mail and despite the assurances of overnight delivery (they no longer guarantee overnight), it takes 2 days from Sydney. Then the turnaround is anyone's guess.
