No worries, Dr Ralph. I appreciated your direct link to the prices and just wanted to make sure that the information from 2015 about getting into the mailing list was still accurate.

Going to practice my handwriting now...

Mine was a typed Word doc with signature at bottom, still made the list. Didn't want to risk the misinterpretation of my terrible scribble!!
