Weird booking in my 'Upcoming Flights'

I had to look these up - CRC is Santa Ana Airport. Cartago. Columbia and HDQ is not a real IATA code but google has it as a Heliport owned by Boeing.

So - there you go - will be an interesting flight for sure - now I just need to get to Cartago!

LOL I thought the same - but unsurprisingly manage my booking goes nowhere useful.
No cancelled flights or refunds due.

I did wrangle my way into a Business Class upgrade the other day and noticed that the fare was set to $10,000 - was hoping that this would translate into a lot of points but no go…
