Anyone else experiencing this? I have had an EY booking in the system for a little while now and have been able to access it without an issue to play around with seats.
Tried to access it again this morning and am now getting a message saying bookings through agents (mine is corporate) must be managed through them and can't change seats online.
Not a great change
