Couldn't seem to spot a thread on this recent email. So if there is one then delete this pls.

Seemed very focused on NZ in the questions.
Heavily weighted to on-board wifi, entertainment, pricing with many varying matrix type questions. Jet* featured a lot.

But also asked abut domestic & international travel experiences with QF + other carriers.

It did indeed take about 20 mins to complete

Dear The Most Wonderful Customer We've Ever Had Fly With Us,

Qantas has commissioned an independent research agency, House of Brand Group to undertake a confidential survey of our valued members.

We would like to invite you to take part in our survey to help us understand your views towards different airlines. The survey will take 25 minutes and we would be very grateful if you could take the time to complete it by 19[SUP]th[/SUP] March 2015.

All responses are private and confidential and reported at aggregate level only, unless you specify otherwise at the end of the survey.

I got this survey as well. Opened it on my iPhone and got this :

Not really a great way to engage your customers

I also got this survey and was immediately frustrated when it asked me how many flights I've taken in the previous 12 months. I can't remember and Qantas already knows this about me. At this point I gave up.

I'm not privy to the details of this survey, however would like to pass on your frustration to the team. Did it specifically say Qantas, Qantas Group, oneworld or partner airline flights? Or flights generally?

I received this survey and completed it.
IMO not the most well thought out survey with categorisation of questions etc.
In regards to the issue of number of flights 1) Asked to separately on QF and others, 2) QF may know the number of flights but due to privacy restrictions are not allowed to pass this onto a third party without the express permission of the passenger, 3) this survey is tied to QFF number but what if you use a non-QFF number for your flying how could QF definitely match it up?
I understand how this could be frustrating for some just like people who get frustrated when dealing with government departments expecting the "Government" to have all the information handily available (It does not and should not readily have it across all departments and workers).
My version of the survey seemed focused on VA as the comparator, NZ never even can up IIRC.
