Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

We were there for 7 nights ....... it felt like we were leaving in no time at all and can't wait to return. Some activities we did: parasailing, spa treatments, coughtail making class, dinner on Gaathafushi island (you rent out the whole island for yourself plus you get a personal chef and waiter - I think the Conrad has something similar according to a friend who's stayed there), night snorkelling tour of the entire reef. We also attended a few of the parties ...... Easter is a great time to go. The weather was perfect every day. The best time to go is around end of year - April.I am not sure if the Conrad requires a seaplane transfer, but if it does I'd recommend booking a daytime arrival into MLE.
Great thanks. I'll let Lisa know as she's the one who's thinking a week would become boring. All those activities are ones we could really get into (though I prefer drinking coughtails rather than making them). I did know about the seaplane issue and was looking for earlyish flights in to avoid a night in MLE. I take it uou encountered no "political" problems in MLE while you were there?

(FWIW, I had to tun Ad Block off to see them.)

May have to do with the fact that the photos are hosted on Facebook (or whatever location Facebook is hosting them on). I was too lazy to re-upload them to my dormant Photobucket account.

There is a basic DIY coughtail 'kit' in the villa but for proper coughtails you can also order them in from Whatever/Whenever or via the W app. There's also WET bar which is great - poolside coughtails (that is, the public pool), and our favourite Sip which has BOGOF through the W app special that was running during our stay and great place to watch the lovely sunset. And finally their nightclub 15 Below is open 3 nights a week. Lots of choices for quality mixology. And if the extensive coughtail list doesn't satisfy - just tell them Whatever you want, Whenever you want it and they'll make it happen (I was hankering for a good ginger mojito) - that's why it's called Whatever/Whenever, so long as it's legal! :D

No political issues encountered at MLE. We didn't set foot in Male. We overnighted at the Sheraton which is on another atoll. Necessiated a speedboat transfer there and back to the airport for the seaplane to the W but it was all seamlessly organised. Some people spent time at the Traders' in Male and didn't seem to experience anything out of the ordinary.
