Virgin no access to Sydney lounge

At Sydney airport and have been denied Virgin Lounge access with the ANZ complimentary pass. Very disappointed considering there is hardly anyone here and they are trying to relaunch the airline. Passes expire soon. Called ANZ and they said they have had many people today advise them of this. Shame on you Virgin. Looks like the Qantas group yet again are winners with my business and I fly every week

Nope, just they are not accepting the pass. I asked when this might change as it expires soon she was unable to give me an answer. Looks very bad if they continue to look after their passengers like this and not honouring past agreements or passes

I contacted both Virgin and ANZ to enquire about this. Virgin informed me that they believe @Duck was denied lounge entry in error and that the complimentary lounge passes issued by ANZ, Amex, Virgin Money, Westpac and Velocity Silver remain valid.

Thank you for clarifying with ANZ and Virgin. Lets hope they extend the expiry of all the passes, since they have been unable to be used for most of the year
