Virgin Money new banking platform - no way to download transaction data?

I just noticed that there seems to be no way to download transaction data on their recently "enhanced" website and app. Add to that that their chat function in the app is permanently unavailable and I don't feel like sitting in a phone queue about this stupidity, I'm wondering if anyone has found a buried link to downloading data? At least the 15-year-old previous site made it easy!
