Virgin lounge internet is a joke

Internet speed below as measured in the PER lounge yesterday afternoon (the network was identified to be in ADL for some reason). Lounge was reasonably busy but speed for casual web surfing was more than adequate.

Internet speed on Sunday afternoon in the BNE lounge. Not 4K streaming but perfectly adequate for normal web use. Place is reasonably busy at the moment.

I've had issues with both Virgin and Qantas. I don't quite understand why they both provide a service that is at times unusable.

LMAO!! "Second largest airline" ?? Virgin is struggling to survive, so offers the cough that is commensurate with their ability. Qantas cruises just having to offer slightly more that that cough that virgin offers.

This is reality :) Yay for free markets
I'm sure if someone wanted to look back there was a similar thread about Qantas a few years ago. :shock:
