Yesterday I noticed my flight to Sydney had decreased in price on Business Flyer. Promptly changed to the cheaper fare - got too trigger happy and changed my flight instead of canceling then changing.
Of course I immediately regretted my decision when I did not see any credit returning to my travel bank. Called Virgin Business Flyer today and told them of my predicament including the fact that they did not explicitly highlight the difference or say that I was forfeiting the difference unless I cancelled the flight before changing it. Predictably they mentioned that it is in their terms and conditions - the call centre agent told me to go to the following policy document (Travel Info > Agency Hub > Policies and Guides > General booking and ticketing policy).
Now I am not sure if it shows up the same for everyone but I personally am getting blank pages like the one below. The call centre agent even told me I should read the second bullet point which I found utterly amusing.
Would love to hear if everyone else is able to access the policy.
