I booked flights to the US next year over Easter but we have decided too far to go for only 7 nights.

I got a schedule change (only an hour) but I need to accept the change.

What would constitute a schedule change in terms of time difference to get a refund or get a travel credit with no penalty or fees.

Thinking we may change and go to Hong Kong and Singapore instead.
