Hello

Has anyone got a Virgin Business Flyer account for their small/ sole trader account?

Can family members be added to book through the portal for points earning would you know?

Thank you, I suppose I was also meaning if it counts towards your spend total and if you receive points for them also or if they need to be nominated employees.

I'm not sure about the points, I'll try to remember to check.

I have Mrs Hawk on the Business Flyer account, and we've had Family Pooling for some time now. I can confirm that it all works fine, however you need to remember to add FF numbers to the Business Flyer profile to get the system to acknowledge status.

I've just checked and the business rewards points have been coming in for my registered flyers.
I've got 1 set of flights for a non-registered employee in a few weeks.

The strange thing, I can't get anything sensible for expenditure info. So that flight in a few weeks was paid by card, and it's showing in my business portal but I don't remember booking via the portal. I have no expenditure info showing up for that flight.
This might be because of the clunky nature of the virgin business system, and the expenditure will not show until the flights are flown.

Also did I say I hate needing two logins...
