I fly out tomorrow morning at 10am and I just tried to check in online on Virgin Blue but I am getting this message:

Unfortunately we're unable to process your check in with Web Check-in at this time. Please proceed to the airport and see the Virgin Blue Guest Services Staff for assistance.

Is it because I have such a large booking? (17 people).
 
I found out why:

Web Check-in allows bookings with up to 9 guests to check in.
If you have a booking with more than 9 guests, please check-in with the Virgin Blue Guest Service Staff located at the Check-in counters at the airport.
