LOL, I recon I have more chance of Sir Richard mowing my lawns than having DJ respond to a complaint about the kindergarten attitude on their aircraft - they didn't bother replying to my only other correspondence regarding Blue Zone seating - 0 from 1, not good so far!:shock:

Jetstar and QF Link have some talent at the moment I've noticed!

I've noticed that too,what a pity so few of them have any "talent" for providing decent service,and DJ isn't any better in that regard.
