Hi all,

I wish to make a complaint to both Virgin Blue and V Australia, however I am unable to do so on their respective sites via the Contact Us - feedback form...because my complaint is too long (limited to 2400 characters).

So I am hoping for an email address for Virgin and V Australia (if different) to do this.
They only seem to provide phone numbers to contact them and I'd like my email to not get lost in the system or washed under the carpet without it reaching somebody of some standing.

Thanks.

Thanks for the link...interesting reading.

Interestingly I asked for an email through their feedback form, explaining that my letter was long to both Virgin Blue and V Aust. (the feedback form is limited to 2400 characters...my letter was around 10000 characters).
I have yet to recieve any reply from Virgin Blue.
I got an automated response from V a few hours after my request was sent.
A few hours after that I got a (seemingly) personal response instructing me to reply to the email with my letter and it will be forwarded to the appropriate area.
The current response time is approximately 40 days.
It will probably get lost in the mire, but I'll send it and see what happens.

Cheers.

As per the thread above, which is my thread, I wouldn’t expect a fast response. Plus, lately there have been a number of severe issues with Virgin Blue so they’ve probably been inundated with emails and comments and it’ll take time to wade through.
