Actually, I finally found one colleague who got the offer; he is Platinum and was offered TSC, I am Platinum and offered nada.
The only difference we could see is that he hasn't been flying at all for the last 3 months with VA, and I have.
I'm not saying that's what triggered it, but it's all we could find.

I've taken 1 single flight on VA as platinum last 6months, Nada offers.
Maybe gotta be on zero flying list.
