Virgin Atlantic to add Melbourne on their Australian List???

There's been on going talks about Melbourne could join Sydney as a future destination for Virgin Atlantic using their 787 equipment. With further delays on the being 787's would this even possible by next year? :?:
 
I wish! Even if Boeing can get the aircraft out on time (yeah, right), Virgin Atlantic aren't scheduled to take theirs until 2011.

But, yes, there is some talk of deploying them on other ports in Oz over, say, SHA/TYO.

Would be great to see more VS metal in this neck of the woods.
