Just wondering if anyone know how far in advance flights are released? Just spoke to VA and they cant book my multi-city to use VX yet as the flights arent available. The MEL-LA-MEL price has gone down so I was keen to book, but looks like I'll have to wait a little longer...

I think it's 60 days but don't quote me

hmmm. makes it difficult to book a multi-city then! Surely most people like to book more than a couple of months in advance...

Just spoke to Virgin America and their schedule is released 6 to 9 months out.

Awesome, thank you. Hopefully sooner rather than later. I feel better having everything booked and organised

ETA: you can currently search up till the 5th September. I need the 16th so hopefully not too far away.

I've booked direct with Virgin America quite a few times, and have found it is usually about 6 months ahead.

It does vary, it seems that maybe they release a week or two of availability at a time, approximately 6 months ahead.
