Same here. I could not find any promo deals. Was looking for flights to LAX Business. price range was between 5-8K oneway during December. October next year found flights at 2.5K oneway.

No sign of 40% off business class fares to LA in December.

Odd .. no promo code - surely that needs to be added into search for any discount to ever show?

When they do % off deals in stores you can always see a before and after price.

With Virgin and others you do not. You just assume they are telling the truth and it’s all legit. They could, and Tiger are guilty of this, just inflate prices then offer a ‘%’ of sale. I was watching a flight once $60. Next day it went to $100. The same day a ‘30%’ off sale started. When it finished the day after the airfare sunk back to $60.

Virgin is doing this also in Google currently. ‘37% of selected airfares’ which takes you to a landing page showing all the destinations and price. I cannot see what is 37% off or any before/after prices.

They are most certainly playing against the rules.

I was searching for the exact same route. Must have spent half an hour looking at dozens of different dates. Didnt see anything the resembled any savings.

I saw them straight away when I received the email earlier - but I was looking at domestic routes. Haven't checked international so not sure if they're there. Certainly on domestic though.
