Would someone from SQ be able to confirm before you purchase the tickets?.

I suspect they would never 100% guarantee

There are 2 Lotus Lounges - 1 and 2 - 1 is upstairs - 2 downstairs - I have only ever been in 1 - it is as others have mentioned quite acceptable without being spectacular

I'd be somewhat more confident if the first flight was ex-SIN. They through-checked bags on SIN-HKG (SQ) connecting to HKG-MEL (CX) for me a couple of years ago but were initially reluctant. My main concern is whether the ground staff in CGK will do it. Otherwise I might be better off entering and checking in again in Singapore after the first leg.
