Just saw this notice on the JQ website:
Travel Alerts | Jetstar

Edit - It has been dissolved (on my birthday!) as per:
Valuair - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

From 26 October 2014, Valuair (VF) flights will be operated by Jetstar Asia Airways (3K).

Please note that the frequency, flight departure, arrival times, on-board service have not changed.

As part of this change, customers should present your reissued itinerary at check-in for your flight.

If you need a new itinerary, click the 'Manage My Booking' on www.jetstar.com to access your booking information.

Alternatively, you can contact us at tel: 6499 9702 (Singapore); 62 21 2555 6333(Indonesia).

Darn I was hoping you meant Jq pacific

This is just a change in ownership without much impact to operations unless they decide to ramp up Indonesian flights which seems unlikely with all the over capacity presently
