Re: Velocity Website "Upgrade"
Bad changes are worse than no changes.
Cut them a break guys, at least they are doing something.

Earlier this morning when the Velocity site was working I happened to notice that my "missing points" claim that were submitted via emails to the RETRO address now show up. It didn't use to do this and would only show (at least for me) claims submitted online.
I just checked now and the site is broken again!

Sounds like you broke it!!
I made a booking for myself, wife and youngest daughter, 2 sectors in flexi during the triple point promo. I just noticed my FF number is there, yet my wife and daughters are missing in action.

This is terrible, they must know how badly this reflects on the company.
I wonder how many of us ( me included ) actually submit constructive feedback to VA via the website or facebook etc regarding these type of issues.
I often wonder, if they kept constantly receiving the feedback, would anything change ? It is one thing for the AFF users to complain but a concerted effort of feedback may result in change.
It is clear the VA rep " seems " to mostly avoid comment on the forums and so maybe sending feedback is one way things can in fact change. The website saga is ongoing but ultimately I would think we all would appreciate it being fixed.
