Last January I posted a strongly based thread regarding my experience of a substantial problem with service levels provided by Velocity.

In all fairness to Velocity the issue has now been resolved to my satisfaction.

The CE of Velocity called me personally to apologise and to advise that ten additional staff are being added to the Velocity HQ - he reinforced the fact that levels of service would increase substantially.

Full marks to Velocity for addressing the issues and for taking the trouble to contact me from the highest level of their organisation - they obviously do really care about members.:)

Also +1 to Velocity for giving me 10,000 points as compensation for a 6 month delay in getting points/status accredited.

A good job by them :)

After 6 months of waiting, personally I’d prefer a status bonus rather than a points bonus, but to each their own and good to see they did something for you!
