Velocity Glitch

Hi guys,

My husband received an email from Velocity that his Flybuys account has been unlinked from Velocity although he has never done it. Since then, he‘s been trying to link them again but every time he would receive a glitchin message and of course, link was unsuccessful. Does anyone know what can be done to link his accounts again?

I had this happen a while back. Required a call to Flybuys. Oddly this week, my Coles account disconnected from my Flybuys account. That was easily fixed. I don't have a lot of time for Coles and Flybuys IT.
