Velocity call centre wait times

Anyone know if there's something going on with Virgin's call centre?

I very rarely have to wait more than a minute to get through to Velocity, but today I've had to call twice and waited 10+ minutes each time. Still much better than calling Qantas, but does seem unusual for Virgin.

I called today. Got through in 1-2min.

I called yesterday morning and had about a 10 minute wait. I'm SG; and i did note how unusual it was to wait on the phone for longer than 2-3 minutes.

It was shortly after i received a storm alert SMS from Virgin. So maybe that had something to do with it.

Storms did probably have something to do with it. Back to normal when I called this morning.
