Hoping to get some advice as to how members would approach the situation:
We are booked on SQ 325 (FRA-SIN) on a Velocity points booking in late June. Singapore Airlines have sent us an email advising that they have moved the flight forward by 2 hrs and are asking us to accept the change. The alternative offered is to use their online form to opt for other flights.
Obviously we will not be in Europe at that time. Do I just sit tight, not reply & wait for SQ to cancel the flight or would you spend the time trying to contact Virgin/Velocity

its gunna cost you $65 to cancel it (each I guess) for the sake of wondering, just call Virgin and do that. You mght be surprised and they waive the fee.
