I e-mailed Veda (as I've done several times in the past) the credit file request form and ID and waited the 10 business days...didn't receive my credit file. Waited a couple more days and then e-mailed them asking where it is. Got a read receipt but no reply for several days and e-mailed against requesting that they send ASAP or explain the delay or I will have to escalate.
Anyone else had this problem before? I really don't want to have to get the Ombudsman on them!
I wonder if it's because I've requested it a few times this year, but I've only done so as I've applied for quite a few CCs this year.
