I have a complimentary lounge pass as a result of reaching silver. I will be at gold after I return from UK to Sydney. If possible I'd like to use the free pass in London prior to my flight. Does anyone know if this can be done, will they let you in the Virgin/Eithad lounge or Virgin Atlantic lounge and how do you 'use' the free pass.

The free pass can only be used at their lounges, as it’s electronic and needs to be taken directly from your account, which can only be done at Virgin Australia lounges.

Unfortunately you’ll have to look for another solution.
