VA1 Business reward for VAWP until Oct 2016

Have looked at VA1 business Reward flights logged in as VA WP

Surprised to see there only 5 days where business rewards were available until 9 Oct 2016. A bit more availability via VA7

actually no difference if logged in a VA Red.

I understand VA does not release business reward to VAWP unlike QF WP.

no difference between reward availability for different status. Only difference is that Gold and Plat can book flex economy/premium and upgrade whilst others can't. Availability between East Coast AU-LAX looks very scarce at the moment and I would assume this is due to the pending 777 upgrade which doesn't seem to have fixed dates yet but will be sometime in 2016 so VA are nervous at overselling cabins etc..

There should be one less in there now, I just stole one of the seats for that slot

I agree with @EUROPA and would hope that once they get some more clarity about the where and the when re: the 777 rollout we should start to see availability return.

^I should hope so, I have a couple of SYD-AUH flights next year and would love to burn some points on an upgrade!
