Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

They've been pretty up front about it:

You beat me to the punch (having give this more thought I was going to edit my post) .... I should have investigated this a bit more. I am certainly not blaming Expert Flyer. It's not their fault that airlines don't provide this information. (not knowing how Expert Flyer works) Never mind, I am sure I will find a use for it, and after all I have lost more at the casino and didn't even blink an eye. :)

You do however get normal availability which might provide some indication of awards even if only a rough guesstimate.

It is easy enough to check VA award & upgrade availability by doing "dummy"award Bookings and seeing the offerings.

Having posted that, E/F has much more to offer than that.
