VA - MEL-LAX Z Class

I thought some of you learned and worldly travellers might be able to give me some advice on best seats in Biz (Z class) on VA MEL-LAX / LAX-MEL - I am not a window type of person - definitely aisle for me.

Any seats I should steer clear of?

Guys VA 11 arr LAX on Sep 13 at 08:00 - WN 327 LAX-LAS dep 09:10 - connection might be a bit tight do you think?

Biz seat and / or APEC card should see through immigration pretty quickly - and I can walk very fast - thoughts please?

Way too tight. I'd be looking for a minimum of 2 hours and preferably longer.

As for seats in J, any of the side pairs of seats should be good. Row 5 is very private, but is also the bassinet position.
