Been trying to look at some possibilities since yesterday, but - for me anyway - the website crashes when I try to look at flight options.

I can put in my destinations and dates but when I then click to look at flights the site crashes, and tells me there's some sort of redirect loop issue.

Anyone else having this problem?

The VA website is working fine for me. (Well, as well as it usually does anyway.)

Mmmm.

A bit of a browser cookie cleanout appears to have down the business.

Booking/searching flights with VA only works in Chrome for me

Otherwise I think what you are experiencing is referred to as an "enhancement" from their IT gurus :)

I just spent about 40mins online and on the phone trying to secure some J reward seats.

I could see the reward seats online (chrome)
My reward seats disappeared so I went to firefox (as per agents instruction as he wanted to "troubleshoot" and not just process my booking over the phone)
I then couldn't see any reward seats online at all for the entire week so I went back to chrome
Found the reward seats online again, CS agent couldn't find one of the 2 flights on his system at all
Finally booked flights and secured upgrades for Bledisloe in Wellington :)
