VA/EY/AB round the world fare

Hey,

wondering if anyone has tried the VA/EY/AB round the world fare before, prices seem competitive, just the only draw back seems to be on the Europe to US leg going via DUS/TXL, although I know there are plenty of worst airports to transfer at.

There was a thread (that I can't find now of course) about the VA RTW fares in the past - short answer was you couldn't book them online, and no one could find a TA that either knew how to book them or could get it to cost out competitively. I think they were the VA/SQ circle fares, so you may have better luck with these...

TXL is such an odd airport- i found it so weird the curb is about 8 metres from the airobridge!
