VA Coast to Coast Gluten Free Catering

Just checking ...
I know VA state they don't provide gluten free meals but GF snacks are available for purchase. Looking at the menu the only identified GF item is a cookie. Do they carry GF meals/other things and just don't make it well-known?

Are you flying in Business or economy?
Im assuming economy since you mentioned buying snacks.

I know there are some GF business items but not sure about in the back. It's not ideal, but i'd be bringing some snacks from home (I do this on some flights because of other dietary requirements)

Pity airlines find this so difficult. Meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, and any grain that's not wheat, barley or rye: it's all gluten-free! And yet every airline snack has a thousand ingredients with loads of crazy numbers and always wheat...
