Not sure about anyone else but I find this first sentence in the email a little off-putting:

"It's the eye contact."

Yeah I expect a little bit of extra treatment if paying for Business but I would think that all passengers deserve eye contact don't you reckon???

I read it as business travel not business "class" travel. Odd email though.

You can't be serious.....

The eye contact is meant by jumping on a plane, seeing & meeting business associates eye to eye.... As not over ZOOM.

Oh Lord!

Well that's me told then 😂 oops I took it "seriously" literally. But that's how my brain works - OCD and reading things literally ;) Flying Business for me isn't an actual business thing - it's just nice for a few perks. I've never actually zoomed anyway.

I'm going to go sook to my cats about you now 😏 😹

As others have said - it labelled "fly FOR business", not "fly business". It is trying to persuade people that they need to recommence business travel after spending the last 18 months discovering that the business could be conducted perfectly well and with less lost productivity through remote working.

Ironically, it is the same decision takers who are telling us that business travel (at their time and expense) is not worth it whereas returning to CBD offices (at our time and expense) is a vital necessity...
