using skywards and qantas points combined to book a flight

Hello, I have around 30K Qantas frequent flyer points and about 100K skywards points and was hoping to combine these to book myself flights from AUS to USA. Is this possible and if so am I able to make this booking online? Should I use skywards/emirates or Qantas to do this? Many thanks

Points from Qantas & Emirates cannot be combined.
Each freq flyer program has different rules & points needed for award flights
