Qantas informs me that only Platinum or Chairman's Lounge FF can use their points to redeem in BA World Traveller Plus, and using 110,000 points. Is this true? It does not say anything about class of FF in their latest FF Important Changes to Membership. Does lowly Bronze count for nothing these days?

That is the case at the moment - at the moment, QF simply do not have a WT+ award, it is either Y, J or F.

HOWEVER, from 1 January, rewards in WT+ will be available for an additional 25% of the Y award cost, so for SYD-LHR and return, this will cost 137,500 points.

Where it gets interesting is that, at the moment, CL and WP's are automatically put into WT+ when they want a steerage award, so of course they prefer BA to QF. Once this award becomes generally available, will this still happen? Or will they be relegated to the back of the bus again?
