Using points for hotel payment issue

Anyone booked hotel on Qantas.com using points?
When I am trying to make a booking use my points, it always says 'Unable to process payment'. No matter for which day or which hotel.
Any idea how to get it work?

Yes I have used it no problems.... I go to view in points and then book.....really bad redemption rate but was in a burn phase for a few weeks

Used it several times with no problems. One small point is that the initial screen shows a $ amount and to view points required you have to hit login again.

Yes, I have booked a falls creek hotels(attungalodge.com.au) through qantas and I had not faced any problem.
