Have about 12,500 points I would like to use for some bookings for upcoming trip to Europe. Had booked some rooms with the recent 40% sale.

Need to book one night in Geneva for mid December and there were no hotels in Geneva that were included in the sale. Best in Geneva for a Le Club member is 10% off so would like to book using points as much as I can.

I have never made a booking using points before and when I go to book either the Novotel or M Gallery there does not seem any option to pay with points.

Are there others out there who may have some tip on how to book with points?

Are you are attempting to book directly on their respective websites?

I've never had a problem logging in and booking with points using this website: Book hotels in Australia and worldwide online - Accor Hotels.

They seem to have made the process much easier to use since I last booked with points in 2013.

Have tried again and this time went through the booking steps and near the end this pops up

"You have 12,513 Le Club Accorhotels points. You can use up to 8,000 points to book this stay. Do you wish to use them?"

That is for the Novotel in Geneva which with breakfast is around $290 Australian dollars. Went through same process with the M Gallery which is around $320 a night but could use 10,000 for the booking.

With both bookings there would have been about 10 CHF to pay. Yet to choose which hotel.
