I have edited some of the thread title to make it easier to understand... but in light of the below comment, need clarification from the OP.

I think it might've been meant to be JQd for Jetstar domestic, considering it's been posted in the Jetstar sub-forum.

But who can tell?

If so, I don't believe that's possible, QF = yes/JQ = no.

Other people might want to send you back to your dog box Poochie, but you crack me up every time ! Never change dawg.

Yes I think you might be right, in which case the answer is a solid no.

For a few times, from Dec to Mar, for some of my flights, I am flying JQd as in JQ domestic.
Though my alliances are of course with with QFi/QFd.

I didn't get that far, I'm still trying to work out what "opposite side of qantas cash card with barcode" means. or how it's even possible to be used as a BP. If anyone cares to take a look at the "opposite side of the Qantas Cash Card with barcode", you might realise that it is IMPOSSIBLE to use that as a BP even on FQd flights.

Just on that can some mod please, for the love of all that is holy, the force and even that that is not holy, change QJd to JQd. You know, now that we actually know that that was supposed to mean.

This gets more and more confusing. The side with the barcode is the cash card side.
The other side is the QFF side.
But you can use the card to board on QFd - which side is irrelevant.

AP, can you please create a thread with glossary for all your 'unique' abbreviations :)

Wouldn't it be a boring existence if we were all identical! A phrase springs to mind here, that being variety is the spice of life.

I actually learnt from this thread. I never knew that my QF card could be used as a boarding pass and to add to that, I now also know my QF card can't be used as a boarding pass on JQ. So I've learnt something and had a few chuckles to boot. Good thread!
