Using Krisflyer miles on VA service

Hi all,

Can you book a VA reward flight using Krisflyer miles on the phone? I would prefer to know how much I am going to be charged in fees & surcharges and if there is availability rather than simply putting my credit card number on a form I then have to fax to Singapore!

Yes over the phone is how I did it...and for MEL- CNS return there were NO taxes and charges!

It was also less points that using VA direct. So win, win!!!
