Hi All
I wa wondering if anyone has ever done this.
I bought a non-refundable ticket which I wasn't able to use so received a credit for it. If I use the credit to buy a refundable ticket, would I then be able to get a refund?
Thanks

Generally no - it's the conditions of the first ticket that would apply

That would be a definitely no.

The rules in the fare where you received the credit will state that it can be used for a credit but even if you purchase a flexible fare the cancellation rules of the original fare prevail.

No doubt someone once thought of it so now it's included in every fare rule.
