Nope. just an FYi but if you enjoy paying $3.50 extra for virgin blue tickets when you book directly with virgin blue you can ignore my FYI.

Won't use any, don't like DJ and don't like Zuji!

Strange 1st thread, is also your 1st post

I think I would much rather book direct with DJ and take one of either 2 options:

1) Grin and bear the $3.50 Credit (or debit) Card surcharge, after all you can't avoid it with most airlines these days

2) Pay with Poli, I haven't used this option yet but have all the stuff to do it, no CC fee here

Thanks for the post. Yep, I believe it is a way around the surcharge. You do lose some flexibility with your booking, and if you need to change flights are subject to the Zuji call centre (Singapore?) and their charges.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Oh well this is something new that I learned today!

Oh, and of course if people book their flight through Moneybackco.com.au they *should* get 1% back...

(In case anyone cares, I don't have any conflict of interest here. Don't have any association with either site, apart from the fact that I'm a member of both)

I do the same with expedia and zuji for QF flights. Quite often expedia has the flight cheaper than on the QF web site, and then factor in not paying the exorbitant QF CC fee it's really a no brainer.

I do the same. The only downside came with the recent (non) strikes, as I was getting contacted by both Zuji and Qantas over the weekend regarding a Monday flight, so it did add a layer of stuff to deal with.
