Hi all,

Cause I'm a lucky son of a b%$^, my work is moving me to the states for work on an L1B visa, with my partner and kids on L2's. I obviously need to sit through the visa interview process, and from what I can tell there is no office in Brisbane? In addition to this, it is my understanding that all four of us would need to be present for the interview? Am I right in assuming that I'm going to have to head to Sydney/Melbourne with the family to get these interviews done?

Cheers
Ash

Plenty of info on the web about locations. I believe it is limited to Syd/mel/per from memory. I went to Syd in March from Canberra for it.

Getting through the paperwork is the hardest - then you can schedule the appointment. Bit of lead time required so don't leave it to the last minute.

Yes, i believe everyone needs to be present for the interview, including children.
