EoA is easily the most convenient option once you're conditionally approved. The main thing is to verify that the airport you're flying into offers it and to account for some extra time for the interview—you don't want to be rushed if there’s a line.

For those with interviews at Sydney - I don’t think it’ll affect them as it’s run by the consulate official Department of State staff and not DHS.

EoA on the other hand and ofc normal Global Entry will have issues. But MPC should still be available.
