US Global Entry Program for Australian citizens [from 2025]

EoA is easily the most convenient option once you're conditionally approved. The main thing is to verify that the airport you're flying into offers it and to account for some extra time for the interview—you don't want to be rushed if there’s a line.

Interviews are being conducted Mon 23- Fri 27 Feb @ Hyatt Regency hotel, Sydney - by appointment only for conditional approval applicants.
Monday and Tuesday booked out - I just made a booking for Wednesday

The US is in a partial government shutdown with no funding for DHS.
DHS is will be shutting down Global Entry and TSA Precheck until their is a funding agreement DHS says it's suspending TSA PreCheck and Global Entry due to shutdown
For those with interviews at Sydney - I don’t think it’ll affect them as it’s run by the consulate official Department of State staff and not DHS.

EoA on the other hand and ofc normal Global Entry will have issues. But MPC should still be available.
